Blue Label is not your typical, traditional wedding/private event band. Think over the top fun, modern, and cutting edge with an infectious energy, all combined with class and elegance.
Blue Label's musicianship, showmanship, professionalism and absolute dedication to customer service has propelled them to the top and made them the number one requested band in the region. Known for being extremely low maintenance, easy going, and easy to work with, they have quickly become a favorite among venues, wedding planners and event coordinators.
Comprised of 6 of the most experienced and accomplished multi instrumentalists in the North East, all members have toured with various artists all over the world, including Europe, the Caribbean, America and Mexico. With only 6 members, Blue Label covers a massive sound spectrum thanks to 4 lead vocalists, 3 members who play guitar, 3 members who play bass, and 4 members who play keyboards. Although they are a 6 piece band, they have a huge on stage presence and they are known in the wedding/ event industries among planners and venues to be one of the only bands without a full horn section that sounds like a band with a full horn section. Having played in every conceivable venue from the tiniest houses for 50 guests, to massive venues such as The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Lincoln Financial Field and the world famous International Ballroom in Washington DC to thousands of guests, Blue Label is capable of entertaining any crowd in any venue, regardless of size.
The band travels with an extremely compact and state of the art sound system with two full time engineers, ensuring the same consistent and pristine sound night after night. Additionally, the entire band uses in ear monitors to minimize stage volume, which allows for perfect volume control in any situation, regardless of venue size or noise ordinance restrictions when playing outside. All of this technology also allows the band to load in, set up and be ready to play in under 1 hour and tear down and load out in 40 minutes.
Blue Label has a huge repertoire that is updated weekly and they cover every genre from Motown, swing band and jazz, to classic rock, party pop and rap. The band specializes in playing songs verbatim to the record, ensuring that each song performed is a faithful recreation of the songs you know and love. No noodling or improvising here! What you hear on the record is what you hear live. Couple this with their energy, stage presence, and their ability to read the crown and call songs on the fly, your guests will be left in awe, dancing and screaming for more songs.
